On your PS5, go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Sign Out. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

For a PS4, you need to head over to Settings > Account Management > Sign Out. It's like magic, only simpler.

Just hold the PS button and go to Power > Log Out of PS4. Done and done!
