Just hit up your Subscriptions page, click 'Manage Sub' next to the channel you want to ditch, and then 'Don't Renew' or 'Cancel'. Done and done!

You can鈥檛 unsubscribe from Twitch itself because it's awesome, but you can cancel individual subscriptions by going to your Subscriptions page and clicking 'Cancel Subscription'!
