To upgrade your Amp in Warframe, you need to visit The Quills or Little Duck, depending on your progress. Get standing by doing bounties, then trade it for components and blueprints to build a better Amp!

First-hand experience here: Focus on gaining standing with The Quills or Vox Solaris by doing Eidolon hunts or any daily activities, then use the standing to buy blueprints. Build and assemble new Amp parts in your foundry!
