Just look up and press A when you see a shooting star. No tools in your hands!

Honestly, wishing on stars is overrated. You get more bells flipping turnips.

To make a wish on a star in Animal Crossing, first, you gotta make sure it's a clear night where Celeste is visiting your island, or during a meteor shower. Then, when you see a shooting star, quickly tilt the camera up, make sure you're not holding any tools, and press the 'A' button! You'll do a cute little animation, and that's your character making a wish. Make as many wishes as you can because you'll find star fragments on your beach the next day!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
