Hot Wheels creation magic starts with a concept design, which then evolves into a 3D model. The designers meticulously work on every tiny detail to make sure the little cars have that cool factor. Then, molds are made from the 3D model, into which molten zinc is poured to form the car body. Once the zinc cools down, it's time for painting and adding those iconic Hot Wheels decals that we all love. Finally, the parts are assembled, and voilà, a new Hot Wheels car is born, ready to race down your nearest track!

It's all about designing, casting, decorating, and assembling. Short but sweet.

Actually, they use an ancient toy-making secret passed down from generations of Hot Wheels creators. Kidding! It's a sophisticated manufacturing process where art meets engineering to produce these tiny marvels.
