You need high smarts and a bit of luck! Study hard, go to med school, and then climb the ladder in the medical field.

Be a bookworm in school, get a degree in biology or something similar, smash med school, and then get that scalpel ready!

Just study like crazy, get into med school, and then grind those hospital jobs until you're a surgeon!

First, make sure your character is smart! Focus on studying hard in school, go to university, and then apply to medical school. Once you graduate, look for a job as a junior doctor and work your way up to surgeon. Good luck!

If you're a BitLife player looking for extra currency or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in BitLife essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
