Changing the visibility of your friends list can be done in a jiffy! In Privacy Settings, switch it to 'Only me'. Now you鈥檙e a ninja!
Just head to your profile, click on 'Friends', then the pencil icon to edit privacy. Choose 'Only me' for maximum secrecy.
You can't directly 'block' your friends list, but you can hide it by setting the visibility to 'Only me'.
