To break a throw in Tekken 7, you need to press the correct button as soon as your opponent grabs you. If they use a 1 throw (left punch), press 1. If they use a 2 throw (right punch), press 2. For a 1+2 throw, press both 1+2 together. It鈥檚 all about the quick reflexes!
