You can't change your birthday directly on PSN if you're over 18. For under 18, you might need a parent’s help through their account settings.

Just create a new account with the correct birthday. It'll save you the hassle dealing with support.

You actually can't change your birthday on PSN. Make sure you get it right when you sign up!
