Click on 'Avatar' in the navigation menu, then select 'Edit Profile Picture.' You can tweak your avatar's pose and angle for a new profile picture. Hit save and ta-da!
I do it all the time! Go to your avatar editor, customize your avatar however you want, and the changes will reflect on your profile picture automatically.
Honestly, there's no dedicated 'profile picture' option. Just modify your avatar's appearance and your profile photo will update accordingly.
