Just start a new playlist. Your old queue gets wiped automatically.
First hand experience here: Go to your queue by tapping the three-line icon, scroll to the bottom, and clear each song individually if 'Clear' isn't showing.
Super easy! Tap the 'Now Playing' bar, open the queue with the icon on the right, and select 'Clear'. Done and done.
