Hold the PS button and the Share button on the controller until the light bar starts blinking, then select the controller in the new PS4's Bluetooth settings. Boom, connected!

Just use a USB cable. It's faster and always works.

Easy peasy! Just grab a USB cable, plug one end into the controller and the other into the new PS4. Then press the PS button to sync up.

I've done this a million times with my friends' PS4s. Use a USB cable first to sync, then you can go wireless after that. Works every time!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
