Use Spotify's desktop app: Click on the three dots next to the song/playlist, select 'Share,' then 'Copy Link.'
You can't directly copy text from Spotify's app sometimes. Use the web player if you need to copy text more easily.
I often need to copy song titles for playlists. Just long-press the text on mobile or highlight on desktop to copy!
