Just go to the App settings in your Facebook account, and you can delete apps from there. Simple as that.
Head to your Settings, find Apps and Websites, then click on the app and hit Remove. Problem solved!
I deleted apps by going to Settings & Privacy, then Apps and Websites, and removing the unwanted app. Works every time!
