To delete items in Roblox, go to your inventory, select the item you want to remove, and click the delete option. Simple as that!

You can't technically delete items from your Roblox inventory, but you can remove them from your avatar by un-equipping them.

I had the same issue! Just un-equip the item you don't want to use right now. If it's a game you've created, you can delete assets from the workspace in Roblox Studio.
