Ah, the age-old question! To deploy a glyph in Warframe, just equip it in your gear wheel from the Arsenal menu. Then, during a mission, open your gear wheel and select the glyph to place it. Easy peasy!

Go to your Arsenal, find the gear wheel, and set your glyph in a slot. Then in a mission, open your gear wheel and slap that glyph down wherever you want.

Glyphs are overrated. Just focus on your mission objectives.

Simple: Gear wheel -> Arsenal -> Equip glyph -> Use in mission. Done.

Personal experience here! Equip your glyph in the Arsenal, then use the gear wheel in-mission. I've plastered mine all over the Origin System!
