To do a Breaker in Mortal Kombat, press the forward direction plus the block button just as you're about to get hit. Timing is key!
Honestly, it's just forward + block when you're getting hit. Simple but can save your skin in a match!
As someone who's been playing MK since the 90s, trust me, forward and block just before taking a hit will do the trick. Practice your timing!
