It's at the bottom of the Inactive Lava Zone. Just keep diving down and follow the temperature rise. Easy peasy! ;)

Follow the large lava rivers in the Lost River biome. They'll lead you straight into the hot and dangerous depths of the Active Lava Zone.

Head to the Inactive Lava Zone and go deeper! You'll need a well-upgraded Prawn Suit or Cyclops to survive the heat as you make your way to the Active Lava Zone.
