I used to fix my scratched discs with a dab of Brasso and a soft cloth. Just rub it in gently, clean it off, and pray to the Xbox gods!

Honestly, just get the disc resurfaced professionally. Most game stores or repair shops offer this service, and it's usually cheap and effective.

One way to fix a scratched Xbox 360 disc is to gently rub some toothpaste on the scratch in a circular motion, then rinse and dry it. It sounds weird, but it can work!
