You get a Lucky Trade in Pokémon GO by trading Pokémon with a friend, and if you're lucky, it will become a Lucky Pokémon! Increasing your friendship level with the person you trade with to Best Friends also ups your chances. Good luck!

Honestly, just trade your Pokémon with trusted friends regularly. Eventually, you'll get lucky!

Befriend someone who has been playing a long time. Older Pokémon have higher chances of becoming Lucky when traded.

Try trading Pokémon with your Best Friends or older Pokémon to increase the likelihood of a Lucky Trade. Having more older Pokémon in your collection makes it easier!

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
