Just build it, lol. Seriously, though, gather materials and hit up Robin. She's your go-to for construction projects.
Don't sweat about getting a silo too early. Focus on crops and making some cash first. Then, when you're drowning in resources (and by resources, I mean gold and the actual materials), get that silo. Takes the pressure off storing all that fodder for your animals.
