If you didn鈥檛 have a backup set up, you might be out of luck. Always keep your backups up-to-date!
Trust me, I鈥檝e been there! Open WhatsApp, go to Settings > Chats > Chat Backup, and see when your last backup was done. If recent, just reinstall and restore.
Honestly, if you鈥檝e deleted a message without a backup, they鈥檙e pretty much gone.
