You gotta reach Level 11! Once you're there, the beach unlocks, and you can send your Sims to work on their sun tans.
As soon as you hit Level 11, the beach will be available. Just tap on the Town Map and then on the beach icon!
Level 11 unlocks the beach. Tap the Town Map and then the beach icon. Easy peasy!
You have to be Level 11 to unlock the beach. After that, just navigate there from the Town Map.
