Just grind through quests and collect Magical Essences, then unlock the Wizard at the Enchanted Forest. Not rocket science!
From personal experience, you need to level up to 20, collect Magical Essences, and head to the Enchanted Forest to unlock the Wizard. Trust me, it's worth it!
The Wizard is unlocked after completing the 'Mystic Trials' quest line, starting at level 15. Good luck with the trials!
