Contact Roblox Support, give them all the details you can remember about your account.
First, try the 'Forgot Password or Username?' link on the login page. If that doesn't work, contact Roblox Support directly and provide as much detail as possible about your account.
I had this problem last year. Just contacted Roblox Support and they helped me reset everything within a couple of days. Make sure to provide your email, username, and any previous purchase info!
