How Do You Give Robux Without BC?
You can't directly give Robux to another player without having BC (Builders Club), now known as Premium. The closest you can get is by using game passes or group payouts.

In my experience, the best way is to ask the person to create a game pass or clothing item in the catalog for the amount you want to give. Then, you just buy it from them.
You can use the 'Group Funds' method. Create a group (it costs 100 Robux), add Robux to the group funds, and then pay other members from the group funds. Easy peasy!
Honestly, no Premium, no direct Robux transfer. The system's kinda locked that way.
