To go fishing in BitLife, you need to age up your character until they're old enough to vacation. Then, choose a vacation to a location with fishing options. Simple as that!

Just take a vacation to a place where fishing is an option. The game will prompt you with the activity choices.

From personal experience, go on a holiday and hope your destination includes fishing among the activities. It鈥檚 a bit hit or miss, though.
