You can go underwater by pressing the crouch button while swimming. Keep an eye on your breath meter!

Easy peasy! Just sprint into the water and when you鈥檙e deep enough, look down and use the swim button to dive.

Just swim into the water until your character starts to swim automatically. Then look down and hit the swim button to dive. Voila!
