First, make sure you have two Sims married. Then, buy a crib from the Home Store and place it in your house. Finally, tap the crib and select 'Add Baby' to start the process!
It's all about that crib life! Marry two Sims, get a crib from the Home Store, and add that baby via the crib. Voila!
