Click on your profile pic, go to Dashboard, and select Channel. Then, under the Host section, type the name of the channel you want to host.
You don't need a fancy setup. Just type `/host` followed by their username in your chat when you are offline.
Don't forget about Auto Host! Go to your Channel Settings, toggle Auto Hosting on, and add channels you want to auto-host.
