Honestly, it's a bit of a hustle convincing some of these amiibo characters to actually move in. I had to invite Beau like three times and craft a bunch of stuff for him. But it's totally worth it when your fav finally moves in!

Inviting an amiibo to your island in Animal Crossing: New Horizons is super easy and a cool way to get your favorite characters to visit or move in! First, you gotta have the Resident Services upgraded from a tent to a building. Then, head over to the Nook Stop terminal in the corner. There you'll see an option to 'Invite amiibo camper.' Just tap your amiibo or amiibo card on the NFC touchpoint of your right Joy-Con or Pro Controller, and boom, your chosen character will pop up in your campground. Remember, you might have to invite them a few times before they decide to move in. But hey, persistence pays off!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
