Notice if someone likes or comments on your old posts. They probably went deep-diving into your profile.
Honestly, there's no foolproof way to know for sure. Instagram doesn't notify users about profile views, so it's mostly guesswork.
If someone you don't usually interact with suddenly starts liking and commenting on almost everything you post, that's a hint!
