You have to wait for the match to end. Patience is a squid's best friend, after all.
If you really want to bail, try unplugging the Wi-Fi for a quick escape. Not the best idea though!
I've tried everything, but usually, you just have to ink it out until the match ends.
Just hit the Home button and close the game from the menu. Easy peasy, but be ready for a possible bad rep!
