I left a page by going to the page settings and just hitting 'Unlike'—it was like a breakup, but less messy!
Navigate to the page you want to leave, click 'More Options', and select 'Unlike this Page'. You're outta there!
You don't really 'leave,' you just hit 'Unlike' and poof—gone!
