To craft the Excalibur in Terraria, you'll need 12 Hallowed Bars. Head over to a Mythril or Orichalcum Anvil in your game. Once you're there, just use the bars to craft your shiny new Excalibur. It's a straightforward process but make sure you've defeated the mechanical bosses to get those Hallowed Bars!

Honestly, Excalibur is kinda overrated. Go for the True Excalibur or Terra Blade if you can. Much better use of your Hallowed Bars.
