To make Titanium Bars in Terraria, you gotta get yourself some Titanium Ore first. You can find Titanium Ore once you've smashed a few Altars in your world with the Pwnhammer, which drops from the Wall of Flesh boss. After you've got enough Titanium Ore, head over to a Furnace and smelt that ore into bars. Each bar requires five ores, so stock up!

Pro tip: Before you can start smelting Titanium Ore into Titanium Bars, make sure you've defeated the Wall of Flesh to enable Hardmode in your world. Then, break some Altars with the Pwnhammer. This will spawn Titanium Ore in your world. Happy mining!
