Grab a flat tool, remove the side grills and unscrew the torx screws. The case should come apart easily after that.

Gently pry open the side vents on your Xbox 360 Slim using a flat-head screwdriver. Unscrew the T8 and T10 screws underneath and carefully detach the panels. Done and dusted!
