On Facebook, if you're handling a Page, click on the post's options (those three dots) and hit 'Pin to Top of Page.' For personal profiles, unfortunately, the pin option isn't available yet!
To pin a post on Facebook, go to your profile or page, find the post you want to pin, click the three dots on the top right, and select 'Pin to Top of Page.' Easy peasy!
