Planting a tree in Animal Crossing is super chill! First, you gotta get yourself a sapling or a fruit. You can buy saplings from Nook's Cranny or find fruit around your island. Then, you just select the sapling or fruit in your inventory, choose 'Plant 1,' and BAM – you've got yourself a planting spot. Just make sure you've got some space around where you wanna plant it, cuz trees need room to grow!

Quick tip: If you wanna plant a fruit tree, just bury any fruit directly into a hole you dig with your shovel. Wait a few days, and you'll see it start to sprout!

Honestly, just dig a hole and drop a sapling into it. Doesn't get easier than that.

Gotta disagree with the fruit method. Saplings are where it's at—less waiting, more planting. Plus, you know exactly what kind of tree you're getting.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
