First, jump out of the Battle Bus and skydive to your chosen location. Collect weapons, materials, and other items. Be the last player or team standing by eliminating others and staying inside the shrinking safe zone.
Drop in, loot up, and shoot anything that moves outside your squad. Stay in the safe zone, build when you need cover, and try not to get sniped.
You play by jumping from the Battle Bus, collecting weapons and resources, building structures for defense, and fighting to be the last one standing on an ever-shrinking map. Also, dance a lot!
Fortnite Battle Royale is all about dropping in, looting for weapons and gear, and then surviving until you're the last one standing!
