From my experience, copying the link works great. Paste it in your post or comment. Facebook does the rest and gives a nice preview!
Super easy! Just copy the URL of the YouTube video and paste it into your Facebook status update. Facebook will automatically generate a video preview. Hit post, and you're done!
Why not just download the video and upload it directly to Facebook? Probably more reliable in terms of quality and visibility.
