To put your weapon away in Fallout 4, simply long press the reload button. It's a quick, easy action that makes navigating the Wasteland a bit more peaceful... or at least it looks that way.

Just hold down the reload button for a second or two and voila! Your weapon will be put away, giving you that non-threatening vibe you were going for. On PS4, it鈥檚 the Square button; on Xbox, it鈥檚 'X'; and on PC, you鈥檙e looking at tapping that 'R' key. It鈥檚 like magic, but without the need for a wand.

Honestly, why would you even put your weapon away? The Commonwealth is DANGEROUS. But fine, if you must, just hold down the reload button. Safety first, right? ?

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
