Just go to the 'Create-A-Sim' menu, find the sim you want to remove, and click on the red plumbob icon to delete them. Poof! Gone!

You can't actually remove a sim in The Sims FreePlay, but you can make them move out by selecting them and choosing the 'Move Out' option.

You'll need to tap on the sim you want to remove, then click on the red-X button at the bottom of the screen. Simple as that!
