If you REALLY wanna start fresh, delete the save files. Go to C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Local\UNDERTALE and remove the files there. Bam! Fresh as a daisy!
Clearly, you just need to select 'True Reset' from the main menu if you want a do-over!
