Hey, you need to go to Settings > System > Console Settings > System Info. Write down the console serial number. Then, go back to Settings > Family Settings and enter the console serial number as the passcode. You'll be able to reset it from there.

If you've forgotten the passcode, call Xbox Support. They'll guide you through resetting it. Done it myself, and it works like a charm!

Just factory reset the console. Go to Settings > System > Console Settings > System Info > Reset Console. This wipes everything, including family settings.
