Go to the PlayStation website on a computer, click 'Sign In', then 'Trouble Signing In?', and finally 'Reset Your Password'. Follow the instructions from there!

I've had to reset mine a couple times. Best way is through the PlayStation website. Click 'Sign In', then 'Trouble Signing In?', and follow the prompts. Super easy!
