From first-hand experience, re-install the game and log back in with the same credentials. Everything should be right where you left it. Trust me, I鈥檝e done it a hundred times!
Make sure your account is connected to Google Play or Game Center. Reinstalling and signing back in with the same credentials usually does the trick.
