To return a digital game on PSN, go to the PlayStation support website, and find the 'Refunds' section. There, you can initiate a request to chat with a support agent who'll process your refund, provided it's within 14 days of purchase and you haven't downloaded the game.

Returning a digital game on PSN is possible if you request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Just haven't downloaded it yet! Head over to PlayStation support and use their chat to get started.
