Saving in Animal Crossing on the Nintendo Switch is super easy! Just press the '-' (minus) button on your left Joy-Con or Pro Controller. This brings up the save menu, and from there you just select 'Save and end.' The game will save your progress and close. Remember, it does auto-save regularly, but it's good practice to manually save before quitting!

Literally just hit the minus button and choose to save. EZPZ.

Don't stress too much about saving; Animal Crossing autosaves pretty frequently. But for peace of mind, press '-' and save before you stop playing. Trust me, it saves heartache from losing your progress!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
