Nope, you can't sell apartments in GTA 5 Online. Best you can do is a trade-in when buying a new one. That's it.

Straight up, you can't really 'sell' apartments in GTA 5 Online like you'd sell your old sneakers. What you can do is trade them in. When you buy a new property, the game gives you the option to trade in your old apartment. The value of your old place goes towards the price of the new one. It's like part-exchange, not really selling, but it's the closest we get.

I tried selling my apartment in GTA 5 Online because I needed some quick cash for a new ride. Turns out, you can't sell them outright. But, when I bought a new apartment, it let me trade my old one and knocked some cash off the price of the new place. So, kinda like selling, but not really.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
